As part of this work, we conduct casework and respond to queries and enquiries, for which we must process personal data of our prospective & existing clients. How do we process data?
Tahir Ashraf processes data under the lawful basis of necessity of identification of client and avoiding conflicts of interests (as defined by the Bar’s regulatory codes of conduct), consideration of whether to afford the provision of legal advisory and advocacy services.
